About you
You demonstrate a profound interest in perusing Human Resources as a career. You are proud of your organization skills and your ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple activities and projects occurring at the same time. You can meet frequent, aggressive and challenging deadlines. You are well educated in HR and have very good administrative skills as well as the ability to cope with a very demanding workload. Importantly, you are tactful and have a respect for confidential information. Additionally, you love to provide responsive and awesome customer service!
Qualifications
- 1 year HR experience
- 2 years of administration experience
- Bilingual (English / French)
Duties
- Respond to ongoing issues; liaising with all departments
- Tier 2 rep; communicate with Tampa office
- Provide assistance for PeopleSoft, significant administration, preparing reports, data entry, and data manipulation
- Provide admin support with course registration and association memberships
- Organizing material for internal training sessions and meetings (anything that may be required including catering, equipment, reserve space…etc.)
- All correspondence & maintaining spreadsheets
- Prepare presentations, reports as required and special projects.
Technical
- Some HRIS experience; PeopleSoft preferred
- Familiarity with learning management systems
- Familiarity with database systems

- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Does not allow stress to take over (has fun with the job)
- Positive and altruistic
- Hard working and passionate
