Bilingual Insurance Claims Supervisor

Essential Qualities for Job
- Ability to multitask
- Assist with Operational management, resolving client or customer issues, and work closely with Branch Manager
- Ability to articulate and communicate precise details to other departments
- Ability to coach Adjusters on day to day tasks
- Provide Technical support for Senior Adjusters
- Must be computer Savvy
- Must be able to teach others
- Ability to mentor Junior to intermediate Adjuster is an asset
Requirements
- Bilingualism (English and French) is mandatory
- 4 to 6 Years of all lines claims handling experience
- Commercial License, CIP or FCIP
- Supervisory experience is an asset but not required
- Strong Analytical and report writing skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Computer savvy
